Description

  • Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
  • Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, and Service Portal.
  • Build and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and automation scripts.
  • Develop custom widgets and UI components for the Service Portal.
  • Lead integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party connectors.
  • Ensure platform security, compliance, RBAC, and data governance best practices.
  • Mentor and lead ServiceNow developers and provide technical oversight.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
  • Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher, with U.S. citizenship required.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Service Portal development, including widget customization and UI scripting.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage development teams.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions within ServiceNow (preferred).
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design (preferred).
  • Proficiency with complex integrations using Integration Hub and external APIs (preferred).
