Description

  • Target and close new large enterprise clients using a consultative, value-based selling approach.
  • Promote value-creating ideas within existing clients to expand platform adoption and usage.
  • Own C- and VP-level client relationships as a trusted partner and advisor.
  • Articulate the company’s market positioning, differentiation, and business impact to client stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the client’s industry and business across strategic and functional areas.
  • Develop and own long-term account strategy, implementation roadmap, and transformation business case.
  • Respond to client requests with integrity and urgency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver client service and secure upsells.
  • Manage a robust pipeline and execute account-specific strategies to close large strategic deals.
  • Meet or exceed new ACV and customer revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct sales experience with a recognized data and analytics enterprise software firm.
  • Experience selling to Operations, Supply Chain Management, and/or Digital Transformation buyers.
  • Experience with vision-based, value-based, or outcome-based selling.
  • Familiarity with Big Data, RPA/Process Mining, and AI/ML preferred.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to quickly understand and diagnose client and prospect challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to build enduring strategic relationships with senior executives.
  • Ability to express a bold point of view and engage or challenge stakeholders.
  • Ability to crisply articulate the value of new and transformational solutions.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and regularly.
  • Must be based in the Boston, MA area.
  • Background in Data Analytics, Planning, or ML/AI preferred.
  • Supply Chain, Pharma, or Life Sciences experience preferred.
