Description

  • Acquire new enterprise customers and grow ACV across a defined set of accounts while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Source new high-value customers and drive the sales process from internal leads through qualification and close.
  • Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process.
  • Sell communications solutions to technical and business stakeholders and build trusted relationships with customers and peers.
  • Balance multiple priorities and manage several projects and deals simultaneously.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Build a pipeline through direct sales, partnerships, and networking.
  • Work in a quota-driven environment and manage complex, long sales-cycle deals to closure.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of personally selling and closing complex solutions to enterprise and software companies.
  • Experience identifying, mapping, and prospecting enterprise accounts.
  • Proven success selling complex technical solutions such as cloud communications platforms, APIs, Conversational AI, and/or enterprise software.
  • Experience in account management, developing large enterprise clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 or similarly large enterprises.
  • Background in a quota-driven environment with the ability to close high-value deals, including six- to seven-figure opportunities.
  • Expertise in solution-based selling or consultative selling.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, including complex deals with long sales cycles.
  • Prospecting and lead generation skills across multiple channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and networking.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial details.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology and other sales methodologies.
  • Fluent German speaker.
  • Experience selling to both business and technical audiences, preferred.
  • Understanding of the CPaaS and Customer Engagement ecosystem, preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud communications, contact center agent productivity, Conversational AI, APIs, integrations, and telecommunications industry dynamics, preferred.
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology architecture and how CPaaS solutions integrate with existing systems, preferred.
  • Role is remote and based in the UK, Ireland, or Spain.
  • Minimum of 25% travel required.
