Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, concerns, and ongoing support.
  • Own client issues from start to finish and drive resolutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, plan administrators, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Educate clients on Ameriflex systems, tools, policies, products, and services.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation, including interaction records, service issues, and resolutions.
  • Handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to execute business plans and company strategies.
  • Use company resources and tools to improve service efficiency and client experience.
  • Support retention and growth efforts through proactive client care and relationship management.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the Client Experience team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • 3+ years of account management experience is preferred, with a focus on client relationship management and service delivery.
  • Experience in benefits administration is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and high call and email volumes are required.
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively and stay calm under pressure is required.
  • Comfort navigating multiple web-based programs and using technology to support client needs is required.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools are preferred.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and other compliance requirements for handling sensitive information is required.
  • Ability to travel as needed, ideally once per year, is required.
  • Required working hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. within your time zone.
