Description

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to advance brand and digital marketing programs that support growth objectives.
  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated organic, paid social, and email campaigns to drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Support content creation and coordinate with internal subject-matter experts to plan and maintain a content calendar.
  • Leverage the marketing and sales tech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.) to track campaign performance and optimize programs.
  • Maintain and update the corporate website (WordPress) as needed.
  • Liaise with marketing agencies and external vendors to facilitate delivery and success of ongoing programs.
  • Manage inbound leads to generate meetings and pipeline for the sales team.
  • Report on full‑funnel performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Support marketing budget management, including organization of invoices, contracts, and month-to-month tracking.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare space.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with brand and digital marketing programs, including content and collateral creation (including Canva), email campaign creation and execution, and social media best practices.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, or a similar CRM and marketing automation system is required.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into program decisions and optimizations.
  • Flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
