Description

  • Develop and manage social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and optimize posts aligned with company projects and brand messaging.
  • Design and format professional company documents, including presentations, qualification packages, RFPs, and training materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business groups to gather project information and marketing inputs.
  • Coordinate photography projects by identifying and selecting local photographers near project sites.
  • Manage photography scheduling, logistics, editing oversight, and final asset delivery.
  • Ensure proper use of visual assets across marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, branding, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the construction, engineering, or related industries is preferred.
  • Ability to translate technical or project information into clear marketing materials.
  • Strong content creation and social media management skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Experience supporting proposal development or RFP responses in construction or professional services is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating external vendors such as photographers or designers is preferred.

Benefits

  • Fully remote role based in Mexico.
  • Full-time position.
  • Salary range of $1,800 to $2,300 per month.
  • Direct client relationship with independent communication and service delivery.
  • Payments handled directly by the client.
