Description

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate new leads.
  • Qualify prospects through consultative sales conversations and objection handling.
  • Use sales engagement tools to automate sequencing, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
  • Research and enrich prospect data to improve contact accuracy and outreach quality.
  • Track prospect interactions and pipeline progress in a CRM system.
  • Adapt messaging for different buyer personas in enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Contribute to lead generation and pipeline growth through strategic outreach efforts.
  • Work with a dynamic, international sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative role.
  • Experience in outbound sales within a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding quota in lead generation and pipeline contribution.
  • Fluent or native French and strong English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Experience with Salesloft, Outreach, or Apollo.io for sales engagement and automation.
  • Experience with Lusha, ZoomInfo, SalesIntel, Clearbit, or SalesIQ for contact enrichment and data research.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot for CRM and reporting.
  • Previous experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or tech sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Poland.
