Description

  • Respond to patient and client inquiries through the live chat platform in real time.
  • Provide accurate information about services, appointments, billing, and support.
  • Manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism.
  • Log and document chat interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team promptly.
  • Deliver a warm, professional patient experience in every chat interaction.
  • Follow company communication guidelines and service quality standards.
  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols at all times.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Fast typing ability and comfort handling live chat communication in real time.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Professional and responsive approach to customer or patient support.
  • Ability to document interactions accurately in a CRM system.
  • Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality requirements.
  • Availability for full-time, part-time, or flexible hours.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends, if scheduled.
