Description

Deliver customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails.
Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
Keep up with evolving tools and technology used in support operations.
Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.

Requirements

Excellent English skills at C1 level for both spoken and written communication.
At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
Experience in the travel industry.
Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
Stable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speed.
Experience in hospitality or logistics is a plus.
