Description

  • Manage the CCO’s complex calendar across international time zones and coordinate domestic and international travel.
  • Act as the primary liaison and strategic gatekeeper for the Executive Office with internal teams, clients, board members, investors, and external partners.
  • Plan and support executive meetings, leadership offsites, and client events, including note-taking and follow-up tracking.
  • Draft and prepare executive communications, presentations, and briefing materials for client and board meetings.
  • Support high-priority initiatives and special projects by tracking action items and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with leadership and the administrative community to improve communication, streamline processes, and strengthen office culture.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience supporting C-suite leaders.
  • Experience in a high-growth, late-stage startup, finance, or client-facing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly changing environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shift direction quickly.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and Zoom.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
  • Strong judgment and executive presence, including the ability to influence and push back thoughtfully when needed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and able to begin work on the first day of employment.

  • $106,000 - $166,000 base salary.
