Description

  • Generate new customer opportunities through proactive prospecting and outbound sales activity.
  • Develop relationships with key customer groups and regions to create and progress sales opportunities.
  • Deliver the Actionstep value proposition to grow the customer base and meet sales targets.
  • Assess customer needs and present consultative solutions that address legal firms' pain points.
  • Research, identify, qualify, drive, and close opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Work autonomously while contributing effectively as part of a compact sales team.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to manage accounts, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to support growth and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Based in the UK.
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven SaaS software sales experience in the legal industry.
  • Exposure to and knowledge of the legal industry; practice management software experience is a big plus.
  • Proven track record of IT/SaaS sales, including meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and build strong, trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Strong work ethic, self-direction, and resourcefulness; willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Strong technical aptitude and desire to become fluent in Actionstep's technology and industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation ability.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
