Description

  • Conduct discovery interviews with cross-functional stakeholders to identify analytics pain points and data gaps.
  • Translate user feedback into technical requirements for the AI Analyst and conversational interface.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for future AI iterations based on pilot learnings.
  • Document the Semantic Layer by creating a standardized metrics definitions glossary.
  • Design and curate a prompt library to improve NLP precision and insight quality.
  • Use SQL and Salesforce reporting to audit AI-generated outputs and investigate query failures.
  • Manage the daily operations of the pilot program and monitor query failures and user friction points.
  • Track adoption metrics such as active users, question success rates, and time-to-insight.
  • Synthesize findings into a final capstone presentation for executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Pursuing or having pursued a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Experience using Generative AI tools or research assistants such as NotebookLM, ChatGPT, or Claude is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL for validating data and auditing AI outputs is preferred.
  • Understanding of relational databases, schema design, and Semantic Layer definitions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is preferred.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical business users is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce architecture or revenue lifecycle concepts is preferred.
  • A product-owner mindset and ability to synthesize user feedback into actionable technical insights is preferred.
