Description

  • Drive go-to-market performance by analyzing revenue trends, revenue models, and business implications.
  • Provide analytical and tactical support across the Sales, Channel, and Marketing organizations.
  • Manage and support strategic GTM projects with high visibility to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to identify growth opportunities and develop business cases.
  • Create strategic presentations for executive audiences to support recommendations and decisions.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform acquisition and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop models and analyses related to go-to-market, distribution/channel, segmentation, and sales and marketing strategy.
  • Synthesize findings into clear presentations with key trends, insights, implications, and recommended actions.
  • Help manage and improve the GTM reporting suite and key performance indicators.
  • Support the sales marketing organization as a foundational member of the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience as an analyst, or 1+ years as a senior analyst preferred.
  • 2+ years of work experience in a combination of Direct Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or Sales Training.
  • Experience working for a SaaS/PaaS company.
  • Spreadsheet and financial modeling experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build simplified, scalable reports and slide presentations for executive audiences.
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and observation to improve sales process efficiency and effectiveness.
