Description

  • Support enterprise biopharma sales as a technical and scientific partner for external control arms, pragmatic studies, clinical trial screening, and other data products.
  • Lead technical and scientific discovery with pharma partners, including study design considerations, protocol review, cohort feasibility, data coverage, and analytical approaches.
  • Serve as a technical voice in customer meetings, RFPs, and scientific discussions across N-Power Medicine’s product lines.
  • Own end-to-end technical and scientific scoping for customer engagements, including information request documents, presentations, proposals, statements of work, timelines, costs, and resourcing.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear internal specifications for product, data science, engineering, delivery, and program management teams.
  • Bridge sales and delivery by ensuring well-documented handoffs, alignment on commitments, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Partner with product leadership to identify market-driven product gaps, roadmap priorities, and packaging opportunities for data products and external control arm offerings.
  • Build repeatable pre-sales frameworks, playbooks, and templates to improve sales efficiency and reduce custom scoping effort.
  • Contribute to GTM strategy, including ideal customer profiles, use case definition, pricing, and packaging inputs.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to turn technical and scientific concepts into sales collateral.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in life sciences, health data, or analytics-driven SaaS.
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or strategy and operations roles supporting enterprise customers.
  • Undergraduate degree (BA or BS) from a top university in business, data science, or a health-related field.
  • Advanced degree such as PhD, MPH, MS, or equivalent in a quantitative or life sciences field is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of drug development in oncology.
  • Direct experience with real-world data, external control arms, or observational research and study design is preferred.
  • Proven experience acting as an internal facilitator and connector across commercial, scientific, and technical functions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience building or scaling pre-sales or solutions architecture functions is preferred.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not provided.
  • Up to 20% travel required.
