Description

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.
  • Test web applications, APIs, and business systems before release.
  • Identify, document, and report software defects to development teams.
  • Perform regression testing to verify fixes and avoid regressions.
  • Validate APIs and databases as part of quality assurance activities.
  • Support Agile development teams throughout the testing process.
  • Work on automation testing tasks where applicable.
  • Participate in technical evaluation, recruiter review, and employer submission processes.

Requirements

  • Interest in building or transitioning into a career in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Previous professional QA experience is not required for all opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred, depending on employer requirements.
  • Basic computer and technology proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and identify potential issues.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn Manual Testing, Automation, API Testing, SQL, and modern QA tools.
  • Ability to attend technical evaluations and mock interviews as part of the readiness process.
  • Participation in a structured paid QA Training & Placement Support Program may be available for candidates who are not yet technically job-ready.
  • 7–8 weeks of instructor-led preparation is available through the training program, covering Manual QA, Agile, Jira, Selenium, Java, API Testing, SQL, Jenkins, Git/GitHub, Playwright/Cypress, and AI-enabled QA practices.
