Description

  • Execute predefined test scripts and unit tests across General Ledger, Intercompany, Asset Accounting, Tax Reporting, Banking, and FI Master Data processes.
  • Record test results, deviations, observations, and evidence in SharePoint, SAP Solution Manager, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Coordinate testing activities and provide progress updates to project stakeholders.
  • Document testing actions, findings, and follow-up items.
  • Review project documentation against quality and documentation standards.
  • Maintain testing and documentation records in SAP Solution Manager and Azure DevOps.
  • Prepare testing status updates and documentation quality summaries.
  • Review documentation for governance, audit, and compliance requirements.
  • Track findings and follow-up actions according to project procedures.
  • Prepare testing documentation and results for customer review and approval.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Finance.
  • Mandatory experience with FI Report-to-Record (R2R) processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or SAP ERP FI.
  • Experience with testing and documentation activities in SAP environments.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote project environment.
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager testing and documentation functionalities preferred.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office 365 preferred.
  • Knowledge of German preferred.
  • Experience with governance, audit, or compliance documentation and international or nearshore projects preferred.
