Description

  • Execute weekly quality-control samples across alerts, cases, complex investigations, merchant acquiring, and sanctions dispositions.
  • Assess reviews against the five-element documentation baseline and Knowledgeable Third-Party Standard.
  • Classify findings as critical, significant, or administrative using the error taxonomy and document the rationale.
  • Provide objective feedback to analysts and investigators and participate in monthly calibration sessions.
  • Identify recurring quality themes and escalate them for thematic review and effective-challenge follow-up.
  • Maintain QC working papers in the results repository and support audit and examination requests.
  • Perform independent, read-only reviews without production disposition authority.
  • Evaluate product-specific red flags across card issuing, acquiring, tax products, digital payments, and sanctions screening.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of BSA/AML alert review, investigations, or QC/QA experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • CAMS certification preferred, or ability to obtain it within 12 months of hire.
  • Proficiency with Actimize, FCRM, and/or Bridger and case-management workflows.
  • Prior quality-review, peer-review, or independent-testing experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, pattern-recognition, documentation-quality, and objective decision-making skills.
  • Clear written communication at an examiner-ready standard.
  • Working knowledge of Excel data analysis and SharePoint.
  • Collaborative approach to providing constructive feedback.
