Description

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive account expansion and revenue growth.
  • Build account maps to identify white space, buyers, and influencers.
  • Cultivate relationships with key executives and decision-makers in strategic accounts.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across divisions, departments, and buyer segments.
  • Proactively hunt for growth opportunities to increase client wallet share.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to align on client health and delivery insights.
  • Communicate Acclaro’s value proposition, including AI-powered solutions, to clients with clarity and impact.
  • Negotiate and close deals that expand Acclaro’s footprint within assigned accounts.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast performance with precision.
  • Use HubSpot to manage client interactions, progress, and account performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or a similar role within the localization industry.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Experience working in a hunter-style sales environment focused on identifying white space opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the localization and translation industry landscape.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including with C-suite executives.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • CRM experience, with HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of AI solutions in the localization space.
  • Professional-level fluency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience.
  • Experience working with global enterprise accounts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of multi-buyer B2B environments is preferred.
  • Proven ability to grow accounts through insight-led selling is preferred.
  • Multilingual ability or international sales experience is preferred.
