Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI Platform and Data Systems programs from initiation through completion.
  • Translate ambiguous leadership mandates into structured programs with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with engineering leaders and team leads to keep delivery on track.
  • Maintain executive-ready status reporting for leadership and C-level stakeholders.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate program risks before they affect timelines or trust.
  • Support roadmap planning and resource forecasting at the program and portfolio level.
  • Use AI tools to improve program execution, reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder updates.
  • Drive retrospectives and continuous improvement practices across programs.
  • Help build a high-performing, AI-native program management function within the CIO organization.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
  • Experience turning early-stage ideas with unclear paths into structured delivery with measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to move programs forward quickly through ambiguity and unknowns.
  • Track record of managing executive stakeholder relationships, including C-level communication.
  • Experience working alongside technical team leads in AI, engineering, data, or platform environments.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an automation mindset.
  • Strong proficiency with project tracking and program management tools such as Linear, Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to drive accountability and alignment across teams without formal authority.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cowork, or similar, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML platform delivery, data engineering workflows, data warehousing, or MLOps practices is preferred.
  • PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is preferred.
  • Experience at a high-growth cybersecurity or SaaS company is preferred.
  • Experience in a remote-first, distributed team environment is preferred.
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and how it intersects with data and AI platform programs is preferred.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint-level delivery in addition to program-level ownership is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $110,900 to $159,500 USD.
  • Eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.
  • Eligible for equity.
