Description

  • Own the renewal operations lifecycle, including process design, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build dashboards and reporting for CS, Renewal Management, and Finance leadership to monitor pipeline health, risk, and forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and refine churn and expansion forecasting models and advise leadership on methodology and predictive signals.
  • Partner with Renewal Managers on timeline management, risk escalation, and deal execution best practices.
  • Define, track, and analyze renewal KPIs such as gross retention, net retention, renewal rate, forecast accuracy, and time-to-close.
  • Own the quarterly quota-setting process for the CSM and Renewal Manager teams in partnership with CS and Finance leadership.
  • Maintain attainment reporting that gives managers visibility into team and individual performance against plan.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, and Data Engineering to ensure data integrity and consistent pipeline definitions.
  • Evaluate and optimize the renewal tool stack, including CRM configuration, automation, and CS platform integrations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue, Renewal, or Customer Operations at a B2B SaaS company, with direct ownership of renewal processes.
  • Strong command of Salesforce, including opportunity management, reporting, dashboards, and renewal pipeline configuration.
  • Proven experience building renewal or retention dashboards and reporting from scratch.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets/Excel, or Databricks.
  • Hands-on experience with churn and expansion forecasting, including methodologies and leading indicators.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight and how they support renewal workflows.
  • Experience designing scalable, repeatable processes in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Builder mentality with comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $133,900 to $192,500 USD.
  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
