Description

  • Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Work across sales teams and partner effectively with internal counterparts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Abnormal Security’s product offering.
  • Demonstrate effective sales planning and leadership in customer and team interactions.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1+ years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language is required.
  • Strong, professional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and connect them to business value.
  • Aptitude to manage multiple requests and time demands while achieving production goals.
  • Drive, grit, and a team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to compete and win.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, Orum, Lusha, ActivelyAI, Glean, or Claude is preferred.
