Description

  • Sell Abnormal AI security solutions within a defined territory and work to exceed new annual recurring revenue quota.
  • Prospect and generate new enterprise opportunities to build sufficient pipeline to hit sales targets.
  • Manage enterprise accounts from initial conversations through contract signature and post-sale upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with Customer Success to support timely renewals and expansion sales.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity data across Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.
  • Serve as the customer and prospect voice internally with Sales Engineering/POV, Product, and Marketing.
  • Document results, customer insights, and deal lessons to support broader team learning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct, non-overlay enterprise sales experience selling into organizations with 3,000+ employees.
  • Experience winning new logos, prospecting, and expanding major accounts in competitive, incumbent-heavy environments.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with large organizations and close complex sales.
  • Consistent over-quota performance, or performance in the top 5% of a sales organization.
  • Technical fluency in areas such as security, email, cloud, and AI.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity software or subscription SaaS to CISOs and security teams, with average deal sizes of $100K+.
  • Startup experience in an early-stage, underdog, or new-entrant environment with limited resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree/BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
  • Local to the Toronto area.
  • Ability to leverage cross-functional teams including SEs, marketing, BDRs, product, and Customer Success.
