Description

  • Sell Abnormal AI security solutions within a defined territory and work toward exceeding new annual recurring revenue quota.
  • Prospect and generate pipeline for enterprise accounts with 3,000+ mailboxes or employee count.
  • Manage enterprise opportunities from initial conversations through contract signature and post-sale expansion.
  • Partner with Customer Success to support timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate account, opportunity, and activity data across Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and prospect for Sales Engineering/POV, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Build and present business cases that quantify ROI for multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Document customer insights, deal learnings, and sales results to support team learning and prioritization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct, non-overlay enterprise sales experience selling into organizations with 3,000+ employees.
  • Experience prospecting, winning new logos, and expanding major accounts in competitive, incumbent-heavy environments.
  • Strong ability to negotiate with large organizations and close complex sales.
  • Consistent over-quota performance or top-5% performance in a sales organization.
  • Technical fluency in areas such as security, email, cloud, and AI.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity software or SaaS to CISOs and security stakeholders, with average deal sizes of $100K+.
  • Success in an early-stage, underdog, or new-entrant startup environment with limited resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Location in or near Southeast Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or Palm Beach area, is preferred.
  • Experience leveraging multiple demand generation channels, including AE prospecting, SDRs, marketing, channel, and customer referrals, is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $144,500 to $170,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
