Description

  • Sell Abnormal AI solutions within a defined territory to exceed new annual recurring revenue quota.
  • Manage enterprise accounts from initial conversations through contract signing and customer expansion.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities with enterprise accounts to build sufficient pipeline.
  • Work with Customer Success to support timely renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity data across Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.
  • Serve as the customer and prospect voice to Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to help prioritize revenue-generating actions.
  • Document results, customer insights, and deal lessons to support internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct enterprise account hunting experience selling into 3,000+ employee organizations.
  • Experience prospecting, winning new logos, and expanding major accounts in competitive, incumbent-heavy environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with large organizations and experience closing complex sales.
  • Consistent over-quota performance or top 5% performance within a sales organization.
  • Working knowledge of security, email, cloud, and AI-related topics.
  • Experience selling subscription software or SaaS to CISOs and security professionals, with average deal sizes of $100K+.
  • Experience at an early-stage, underdog, or new-entrant startup with limited resources.
  • Ability to build territory coverage using channel, technology partners, and initial customer wins.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $144,500 to $170,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
