Description

  • Manage supply and demand balance across Southwest markets, with primary focus on Arizona and Texas.
  • Recruit new process servers and increase regional server capacity.
  • Maintain direct relationships with the region’s highest-volume servers.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend next steps when market issues arise.
  • Serve as the regional point of contact during incidents such as outages, dispatch bottlenecks, or weather disruptions.
  • Execute marketplace pilots and report back on in-market results.
  • Manage regional incentive spend within an allocated budget and defined guardrails.
  • Track regional SLO attainment, coverage gaps, and market health metrics.
  • Feed structured learnings back to centralized teams to refine and scale programs, dispatch rules, and pay mechanics.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Support, Experience, and Process Server Network teams to implement changes on the ground.

Requirements

  • Experience owning a local market, territory, or region in a marketplace, gig, or field operations environment.
  • Strong ability to balance supply and demand using both data and on-the-ground judgment.
  • Experience coaching at least one direct report or frontline/contract worker.
  • Ability to provide crisp, actionable feedback and written market updates to leadership.
  • Desire to work on the ground in the market; this is not a pure strategy role.
  • Preferred: Experience running structured pilots or tests with clear hypotheses.
  • Preferred: SQL or dashboard fluency, including tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Claude Code.
  • Preferred: Comfortable using Jira or a similar tracker and Intercom or similar communication tools.
  • Preferred: Experience building in ambiguous environments where the playbook did not yet exist.
  • Preferred: Experience managing contract or hourly workers.
