Description

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for all ingress and egress data pipelines and third-party integrations.
  • Define a scalable and extensible integration platform strategy that supports current partners and future ecosystem growth.
  • Prioritize integration initiatives based on customer impact, partner demand, platform health, and business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of integration work from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and iteration.
  • Drive technically complex integration efforts involving OAuth-based authentication, APIs, webhooks, and batch and real-time data pipelines.
  • Translate customer, partner, and internal needs into clear product requirements and success metrics.
  • Partner with engineering to scope, estimate, and deliver high-quality, reliable integration solutions.
  • Act as the product point of contact for key technology partners and integration stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partnerships, customer success, sales, security, and infrastructure teams to support integrations and ensure standards are met.
  • Communicate tradeoffs, timelines, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders and serve as an integration subject-matter expert.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience with significant ownership of technical or platform products.
  • Deep experience building and managing third-party integrations and data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, including REST and webhooks.
  • Strong understanding of OAuth and authentication/authorization models.
  • Strong understanding of data sync patterns, including batch vs. real-time and inbound vs. outbound flows.
  • Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional roadmaps with many stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing detailed product requirements.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing, and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesloft, and Outreach (preferred).
  • Background working on B2B SaaS, data platforms, or enterprise products (preferred).
  • Familiarity with integration frameworks, SDKs, or platform-as-a-product models (preferred).
  • Experience supporting partner ecosystems or marketplace integrations (preferred).
  • Comfort working closely with senior engineering leaders on architecture and tradeoffs (preferred).
  • Background in revenue technology, ABM, or sales intelligence (preferred).
  • Exposure to enterprise compliance and data privacy requirements such as GDPR, DNC, RBAC, and SSO/SAML (preferred).
