Description

  • Work with enterprise customers, sales teams, and solution architects to gather requirements and prioritize product needs.
  • Define, build, socialize, and align the roadmap for core context engineering capabilities for AI agents.
  • Research the AI agent market, key players, and trends to inform product strategy.
  • Partner with data science and engineering to define benchmarking and evaluation strategies for agent capabilities.
  • Collaborate with design to create user experiences that help agents show and refine context as they work.
  • Serve as the product expert and evangelist for Agent Builder through content such as blog posts and open source projects.
  • Work with AI ecosystem partners, including cloud service providers and community developers.
  • Align stakeholders across a matrixed organization and drive execution on product initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for technical, cloud infrastructure, or platform products.
  • Proven record of leading complex, data-intensive products from inception through launch and iterative growth.
  • Deep technical understanding of AI/ML, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and context engineering.
  • Experience working closely with engineers and data scientists to solve technical challenges.
  • Ability to move quickly, learn from experiments, and use AI tools to accelerate work and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead across a matrixed organization and drive alignment among multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
  • Strong customer focus with a passion for industry trends and solving real-world customer problems.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Familiarity with the developer persona and products that support developer innovation.
