Description

  • Manage a portfolio of the company’s largest global strategic customers.
  • Work closely with enterprise customers to understand business goals and ensure 6sense is adopted into daily workflows.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key influencers within each account.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain strategic account plans and QBRs to drive business value and ROI.
  • Forecast renewals, identify risk, and partner with Account Executives to maintain renewal and growth rates.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback, communicate risk, and help resolve issues to reduce churn.
  • Become an expert on the 6sense predictive engine, including implementation, use cases, and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with technical CSMs and Program Managers on onboarding, product rollout, and training.
  • Advocate for customer feature priorities internally and align with the product team on roadmap direction.
  • Build customer advocates who can provide references and share success stories in events and content.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, ideally at a high-tech or SaaS company.
  • 3+ years of experience in high-touch Strategic or Enterprise Customer Success with a record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience working with Global 1000 enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience advising CxOs on SaaS adoption to improve ROI.
  • Experience working with B2B demand generation, marketing operations, sales operations, and analytics teams.
  • Experience negotiating renewals and driving upsell opportunities.
  • Experience leading projects from conception to closure and influencing internal resources to get work done.
  • Familiarity with the marketing tech stack, including marketing automation, digital marketing technologies, and data providers.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation, CRM, or related applications is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites დაახლოებით 30% of the time.
  • 5+ years of experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Domo, or MicroStrategy, marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot, or CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
  • 2+ years of domain expertise in one of the following industries is preferred: Communications, Media, High-Tech, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Insurance, or Retail.
