Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 6sense’s largest global strategic customers.
  • Work closely with enterprise customers to understand business goals and ensure adoption into daily workflows.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain strategic account plans and QBRs to drive business value and ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key influencers across each account.
  • Forecast renewal outcomes, identify risk, and support strong renewal and growth rates with the Account Executive team.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback, communicate risks, and help resolve issues quickly to reduce churn.
  • Become an expert on the 6sense predictive engine, including implementation and use-case expansion.
  • Partner with technical CSMs and Program Managers on customer onboarding, product rollout, and training.
  • Advocate for customer feature priorities internally and align with the product team on roadmap direction.
  • Build customer advocates who can serve as references and share success stories in events and content.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, ideally in high tech or SaaS.
  • 3+ years of high-touch Strategic or Enterprise Customer Success experience with a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience working with global 1000 enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience advising CxOs and other customers on SaaS adoption and ROI.
  • Experience working with B2B demand generation, marketing operations, sales operations, and analytics teams.
  • Experience negotiating renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from conception to closure and influence internal resources.
  • Familiarity with the marketing tech stack, including marketing automation, digital marketing technologies, data providers, and B2B digital media.
  • Experience using Marketing Automation, CRM, or related applications is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites approximately 30%.
  • 5+ years of experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Domo, or MicroStrategy, Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot, or CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
  • 2+ years of domain expertise in one of the following industries preferred: Communications, Media, High-Tech, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Insurance, or Retail.

  • Base salary range of $143,481 to $170,000.
