Description

  • Own and manage a book of mid-market customer relationships to demonstrate Greenhouse’s value and drive gross and net revenue retention.
  • Conduct thoughtful discovery to understand customer goals and translate them into measurable business outcomes.
  • Build and refine AI-powered workflows and automations that reduce administrative work and scale customer value delivery.
  • Prioritize accounts strategically by determining which products and features matter most in a fast-moving, competitive market.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally with Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Partner with Account Managers across the customer lifecycle to prevent churn, identify expansion opportunities, and support renewals.
  • Work with Implementation Strategists during onboarding to ensure successful launches for new customers.
  • Handle additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on account management or customer success experience, preferably in B2B tech/SaaS.
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding gross revenue retention goals.
  • Demonstrated AI proficiency, including building and iterating on AI workflows or automations.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Solutions-oriented objection handling, including high-pressure pricing and product conversations.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities across a large book of business.
  • Experience in the HR or Talent Acquisition tech space is a plus.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Open to applicants with unique transferable skills, even if they do not meet 100% of the listed qualifications.

  • National pay range of $72,200 to $100,000, with compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
