Description

  • Drive onboarding for about 10 new partners per week and ensure 85% are fully set up and protected within 16 days.
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify low-deployment accounts and proactively offer training, resources, and deployment plays.
  • Conduct post-incident check-ins with partners to provide support, prevent future issues, and translate outcomes into proof of value for end clients.
  • Coordinate with Technical Sales and Support to resolve deployment blockers and other partner success hurdles.
  • Help support the renewal process by ensuring partners are realizing value from the platform well before contract end.
  • Track onboarding gaps and partner feedback to improve and standardize the partner experience.
  • Serve as a dedicated resource for a squad of 7-10 Channel Account Managers and help ensure no partner is left behind.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account coordination, or enablement.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across internal sales and account management teams.
  • A drive to meet measurable goals and strong personal ownership of the partner experience.
  • Experience in the MSP (Managed Service Provider) ecosystem is a huge plus.
  • Cybersecurity experience is a huge plus.
  • Exposure to supporting customers or partners with basic rollout plans is preferred.
