Description

  • Own relationships with key client stakeholders from engineering leads to executive sponsors.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to monitor client needs, project health, and strategic direction.
  • Act as the client’s internal advocate to ensure delivery teams align with actual client needs.
  • Identify how technology, AI, automation, and emerging technologies can solve client problems and create new opportunities.
  • Understand client business objectives well enough to proactively recommend solutions.
  • Work with solution architects and delivery managers to shape technical proposals and engagement approaches.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling, cross-selling, and new service introductions.
  • Partner with the sales organization to develop and execute account growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain account plans, proposals, SOWs, and related engagement documentation.
  • Track account metrics, provide forecasts and pipeline updates, and report on revenue, project status, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of revenue-generating experience.
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and delivery methodologies.
  • Hands-on comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in daily work.
  • Experience with nearshore and/or offshore delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Experience with mid-size to large enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with consulting frameworks such as value-based selling or solution selling.
  • Domain expertise in healthcare, financial services, or media is preferred.
