Description

  • Lead new business sales across 3E’s core product families, including Chemical & Workplace Safety, Product Safety & Stewardship, and Supply Chain & Sustainability.
  • Build and expand a self-generated enterprise pipeline through market mapping, personalized outreach, and prospecting.
  • Manage complex sales cycles end to end, from discovery through contract closure.
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to deliver value-driven solutions and support cross-sell opportunities.
  • Initiate and lead conversations with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
  • Align 3E’s solutions with client business goals to create long-term partnerships.
  • Craft tailored proposals and manage product trials in collaboration with industry experts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity tracking throughout the sales process.
  • Pursue new logo opportunities with urgency and persistence in a self-directed environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct experience in complex B2B sales.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota as an individual contributor.
  • Experience selling regulatory compliance, EHS, supply chain, or related solutions is strongly desired.
  • Proven success closing six-figure deals using a consultative selling approach.
  • Demonstrated hunter mindset with experience self-generating pipeline and winning new business.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM and prospecting tools.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working through complex sales cycles is required.
  • Relevant skills, depth of experience, and location may affect the final offer.
