Description

  • Generate opportunities from the company’s highest-priority, highest-potential DACH accounts.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads for DACH Account Executives.
  • Pitch the 360Learning product and value proposition to interested prospects.
  • Identify customer pain points and understand prospect context during conversations.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for the territory.
  • Work closely with coaching, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales teams.
  • Use sales development tools and techniques to engage prospects and manage the pipeline.
  • Track performance, prioritize leads, and forecast monthly results.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and contribute new lead-generation ideas.
  • Contribute subject-matter expertise on the platform and help onboard new team members.

Requirements

  • First experience in a B2B SaaS environment as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales representative.
  • Previous experience with inbound lead generation and/or outbound prospecting.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to uncover customer needs.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native German speaker and fluent English proficiency at B2 level or equivalent.
  • Enthusiasm for the company culture and mission.
