Description

  • Own the end-to-end renewal and expansion lifecycle across a defined strategic account portfolio.
  • Develop account-level renewal readiness and expansion strategies based on customer outcomes, adoption milestones, and business priorities.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors.
  • Generate and progress qualified expansion pipeline through value-based selling and proactive opportunity identification.
  • Lead coordinated team-selling efforts to close complex renewal and expansion deals.
  • Maintain accurate renewal and expansion forecasts, pipeline management, and opportunity stage progression.
  • Identify renewal risks, budget changes, competitive threats, and organizational shifts, and create mitigation and save plans.
  • Partner with Customer Experience, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Executive Sponsors to drive coordinated customer outcomes.
  • Capture customer feedback, market insights, and adoption trends to inform internal strategy and product priorities.
  • Contribute to scalable best practices that improve renewal readiness and expansion effectiveness across the team.

Requirements

  • Proven success owning and growing strategic accounts with significant ARR responsibility.
  • History of consistently exceeding renewal and expansion targets.
  • Executive presence and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation strategy, deal structuring, and long-cycle opportunity management.
  • Exceptional forecasting discipline, pipeline rigor, and CRM hygiene.
  • Strong data-centric mindset with the ability to use analytics and performance signals to guide prioritization.
  • Adaptability in dynamic, fast-changing environments and comfort operating through ambiguity.
  • Interest in leveraging and evolving an AI-powered GTM stack to improve renewal predictability and commercial execution.
  • Experience thriving in startup environments and helping build and scale long-term company growth.
  • Authorization to work in the United States and ability to complete employment eligibility verification upon hire.
