Description

  • Administer and integrate business-critical SaaS platforms across CRM, support, billing, HR, collaboration, and engineering tools.
  • Design reliable workflows and data synchronization across multiple internal systems.
  • Build automation scripts, internal CLI tools, services, bots, and ChatOps integrations using code-first approaches.
  • Develop API- and webhook-driven integrations for CRM automation, entitlement provisioning, and cross-functional data flows.
  • Create internal tools and dashboards that improve onboarding, access management, and business operations.
  • Introduce AI-assisted workflows such as support assistants, knowledge retrieval, ticket triage, and operational analysis.
  • Design automated, developer-friendly employee workflows including onboarding, offboarding, and self-service IT.
  • Serve as senior IT support for a global remote workforce with strong root-cause analysis and person-first service.
  • Maintain endpoint security, access controls, and compliance practices aligned with ISO frameworks and Zero Trust principles.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Systems Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
  • 3+ years in a senior role owning internal business systems and automation at a SaaS or tech company.
  • Strong scripting and programming ability in Python, Go, Bash, or Node.js.
  • Experience operating GCP and AWS environments, including VPCs, IAM roles, EC2, and S3.
  • Strong experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, OAuth flows, webhooks, SaaS SDKs, and integration frameworks.
  • Deep working knowledge of macOS and Linux environments.
  • Experience implementing SSO, SAML, SCIM provisioning, identity lifecycle automation, and Zero Trust access models.
  • Experience supporting or passing security and compliance audits such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
  • Experience working in remote-first or globally distributed environments, strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for internal IT microservices, preferred.
  • Experience applying SLIs and SLOs to internal IT services, preferred.
  • Experience experimenting with or implementing AI-driven automation, preferred.
