Description

Serve as the lead point of contact for a defined portfolio of existing business accounts.
Manage a set of 25–35 Enterprise accounts in the Americas market with individual account values of approximately $40k–$200k in annual revenue.
Cultivate meaningful, long-lasting client relationships and develop trusted-advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and meet sales targets.
Develop new business within existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Zyte solutions according to customer needs and objectives by coordinating with internal teams.
Collaborate with internal functions (Finance, Project Management, Legal, Professional Services, Customer Success) to execute account retention and growth strategies and resolve escalations.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare regular account status reports.
Visit clients and conduct in-person meetings as needed to maintain relationships and drive expansion.

Requirements

3+ years in an Account Management role.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and/or exceed sales quotas in revenue retention and account expansion.
Proven deal-closing and negotiation skills with Large Enterprise and Mid-market accounts.
Previous experience in consultative selling within Professional Services and SaaS products is required.
Demonstrated experience using sales analytics and funnel management techniques to drive productivity, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
Proven track record of collaborating with Customer Success teams to grow and expand Enterprise accounts.
High level of analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Commercially savvy within a tech scaleup environment with a history of delivering/over-delivering against sales quotas.
Willingness to visit clients and engage in in-person meetings; understanding of data harvesting/web crawling is a plus but not required.
