Description

  • Own and evolve GTM partner systems, processes, tools, workflows, and data models across Salesforce, Salesforce PRM, Unifyr, Crossbeam, and related platforms.
  • Serve as the process and systems leader for how partner strategy is operationalized across the organization.
  • Propose and lead process improvements and technology optimizations that simplify and improve the GTM experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and resolve intake requests and troubleshooting issues.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation, evolution, and optimization of Salesforce PRM for current and future partner motions.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver partner system enhancements and operational support.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on development, collaboration, and innovation in the partner ecosystem.
  • Drive measurable outcomes across adoption, cycle time, partner satisfaction, and pipeline impact.
  • Use automation and analytics to enhance partner processes and operational performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Partner Ops, Sales Ops, Business Systems, RevOps, or Process Excellence roles with ownership of GTM workflows and systems.
  • 2+ years of experience managing and developing a team, ideally 2–5 members, including prioritization, coaching, and performance management.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including complex automation and data model understanding.
  • Demonstrated ability to set a roadmap and manage a portfolio of enhancements.
  • Experience measuring outcomes such as adoption, cycle time, partner satisfaction, and pipeline impact.
  • Demonstrated success using automation and analytics to improve partner processes.
  • Experience with Crossbeam, Unifyr, or similar partner tools, and integrating them with Salesforce and PRM platforms (preferred).
  • Experience delivering AI-enabled workflows using Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or other AI tools (preferred).
  • Deep passion for innovation and continuous improvement (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $122,500 to $175,000 USD.
