Description

  • Develop and execute a partner sales strategy for Central Europe aligned with the Worldwide Channel & Alliances Sales Plan.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of strategic partners and influencers across Central Europe.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, including guidance, support, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and functional groups to refine regional strategy and deliver partnership training.
  • Lead marketing initiatives tied to partner sales efforts.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to leadership.
  • Communicate progress through regular updates and KPI reporting.
  • Lead partner discussions and initiatives throughout the region, including travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven track record working with GSIs, VARs, and distributors in the Central European market within the SaaS enterprise software industry.
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious sales targets and organizational goals.
  • Experience supporting sales through channel programs, partner interlocks, and strategic partnership development.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain high-level strategic partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel as required within the region.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and sales opportunities effectively.
  • MBA degree preferred.
  • Deep existing network of strategic influencers and partners within the UKI SaaS ecosystem preferred.
