Description

  • Develop and grow Rubrik’s partner ecosystem to increase pipeline and revenue contribution.
  • Identify, onboard, and engage new partners by building business plans and growth opportunities.
  • Drive partner-sourced new-logo sales campaigns with marketing by accessing partner customer bases.
  • Enable partners’ deployment and sales capabilities to improve customer satisfaction and adoption of Rubrik solutions.
  • Work closely with distributors to gain support and scale the business across the region.
  • Leverage technology alliances such as Microsoft, AWS, NetApp, and Nutanix to amplify Rubrik’s success.
  • Create and execute joint marketing plans and campaigns with Rubrik and managed partners.
  • Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.
  • Report channel metrics and progress to regional channel and sales leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Rubrik account teams and other internal functions to close partner-led deals.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a channel or partnership role, ideally at a vendor.
  • Experience managing both new and existing partners.
  • Strong knowledge of the data management, data protection, storage, and security market.
  • Ability to present to large audiences and host events with partners and end customers.
  • Ability to identify, initiate, and close deals in close coordination with account teams.
  • Experience planning sales activities on a quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Experience creating and executing marketing and sales plans.
  • Metric-driven approach with a clear understanding of what success looks like.
  • Strong presenter at reseller and end-customer events.
  • Experience working collaboratively in teams across functions.
  • Experience selling competitive solutions and extensive experience in data protection and security.
  • Hard-working, self-driven, highly motivated, conscientious, and structured work style.
