Description

  • Identify and engage senior-level executives at enterprise organizations with 1,000+ employees to build pipeline for Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Research target accounts, develop a strategic outbound sales plan, and execute prospecting efforts to create opportunities.
  • Educate prospects on ZoomInfo’s solutions and explain how the products address pain points in Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Tailor conversations to prospect needs and business challenges to help them understand ZoomInfo’s business impact.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teammates and external stakeholders to increase confidence in ZoomInfo’s value.
  • Partner closely with top-performing Account Executives to support enterprise sales efforts.
  • Maintain a structured prospecting plan and continually improve outreach effectiveness based on market trends and customer changes.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of outbound sales experience with demonstrated success engaging decision makers.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with senior-level executives across multiple departments.
  • Experience assessing prospect needs and personalizing outreach to uncover high-probability opportunities.
  • Experience creating, executing, and maintaining a structured prospecting plan.
  • Strong interest in market trends, customer pain points, and organizational changes to improve outreach.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with go-to-market technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Position is remote and based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $65,000 per year paid hourly.
  • On-target earnings of $105,800 with uncapped commission.
