Description

  • Identify and develop business opportunities across the LatAm region to drive growth and market penetration.
  • Acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase client acquisition.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the LatAm market.
  • Promote multi-asset trading products, the internal trading terminal, and the MT5 platform to clients and partners.
  • Ensure operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on market trends, business development activity, and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Build and manage a local team as needed.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the local team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
  • In-depth understanding of LatAm financial markets and the regulatory environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and a local language is crucial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or professional certification such as CFA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and internal trading terminals.
