Description

  • Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for the Procure-to-Pay domain.
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and technical debt while managing the product backlog.
  • Lead cross-functional development with Engineering and Design through the Agile lifecycle.
  • Drive AI capabilities for invoice coding, matching, exception handling, and approval routing, including guardrails and human review checkpoints.
  • Prototype AI-enabled workflows and convert validated concepts into requirements, user stories, and quality evaluations.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategy and enablement.
  • Ensure product logic supports global financial and tax compliance requirements.
  • Monitor product performance and incorporate data and customer feedback into improvements.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment, user acceptance testing, internal training, and third-party integration evaluations.
  • Protect usability within NetSuite and reduce technical debt across the product.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in Fintech, ERP, or B2B SaaS with direct P2P, accounts payable, or procurement ownership.
  • Hands-on finance experience as a practitioner or close partner to AP, procurement, or controllership teams.
  • Demonstrated experience taking product roadmaps from discovery through launch and managing live products at scale.
  • Experience building with AI daily and shipping AI or agentic features to production.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Productboard.
  • Experience working successfully in fully remote, asynchronous, globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate compliance logic into simple software.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or a comparable native ERP platform preferred.
  • Familiarity with Coupa, Ariba, Bill.com, Tipalti, AvidXchange, Ramp, OCR, or document-capture tools preferred.
  • Understanding of multi-jurisdictional VAT, GST, and sales tax logic; finance, accounting, or procurement certification and high-growth Series C–D experience are preferred.
