Description

  • Own the Customer Zero program, including its roadmap, outcomes, prioritization, and operating rhythm.
  • Drive adoption of Celigo products across GTM, CX, and G&A systems.
  • Identify internal product friction and translate findings into product roadmap improvements.
  • Use Celigo’s AI-powered capabilities in daily workflows and provide feedback on agentic product experiences.
  • Define requirements, success criteria, delivery plans, and iterative product releases.
  • Design business processes while owning the resulting solutions as a product manager.
  • Balance user needs with security, privacy, permissions, RBAC, service accounts, and governance requirements.
  • Develop governance playbooks, reference architectures, and enterprise proof points.
  • Represent how Celigo runs on Celigo in events and customer or prospect conversations.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to package internal use cases and references.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including hands-on Principal-level individual contributor work.
  • Deep experience with GTM and/or CX operations and systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar.
  • Experience running an internal-first-customer, dogfooding, or Customer Zero program, or establishing a new product function.
  • Experience creating reference stories or proof points for Sales and Marketing.
  • Ability to influence Engineering, Sales, and Product teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical teams and design operational processes.
  • Experience using data such as adoption, usage, and outcomes to prioritize and assess performance.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to represent the company externally.
  • Comfort applying AI to research, drafting, analysis, and business workflows.
  • Preferred: experience with SaaS, iPaaS, integration, automation, AI-first, or agentic products.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience using the supported product internally.
  • Preferred: experience partnering closely with a CPO or Product organization on a public roadmap.
