Description

  • Own the content and performance strategy for monthly releases, aligning player motivations, economic balance, and business KPIs.
  • Define and manage the monthly content calendar with Design, Production, and Engineering teams.
  • Use data and experimentation to optimise monetisation, engagement, and retention across the player lifecycle.
  • Analyse player behaviour across geographies and platforms to guide personalisation and segmentation strategies.
  • Partner with Economy and Systems Design to align content with long-term progression goals and avoid inflation.
  • Collaborate with UX, Research, and Community teams to translate player feedback into product improvements.
  • Build business cases for new initiatives and content verticals, including competitive research and revenue forecasting.
  • Mentor junior product managers and promote cross-functional product excellence.

Requirements

  • Extensive product management experience, ideally with significant responsibility for a free-to-play mobile game.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex monetisation and engagement systems and developing live-game content.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to turn performance metrics into strategic insights and action plans.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience aligning diverse teams around a product vision.
  • Strong player empathy and experience using user research, community feedback, or other voice-of-player channels.
  • Experience driving impact across cross-functional teams including creative, design, and engineering.
  • Experience working with product marketing, operations, economy design, and data science teams is advantageous.
