Description

  • Shape feature-team roadmaps, product vision, and strategy in collaboration with development teams.
  • Own the feature lifecycle from requirements and specification writing through launch, quality assurance, analysis, and reporting.
  • Advocate for players by addressing player issues and implementing initiatives that improve customer and player experiences.
  • Lead daily product activities and larger projects while ensuring high-quality, timely execution.
  • Analyze game and market metrics to generate actionable insights, recommendations, and measurable product objectives.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and maintain alignment with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive collaboration and impact across creative, design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Extensive product management experience, ideally with significant responsibility for a free-to-play mobile game.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex monetization and engagement systems.
  • Extensive experience with content development and live game operations.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience aligning diverse teams around a shared product vision.
  • Strong player empathy and experience using user research, community feedback, or other voice-of-player channels.
  • Experience driving outcomes across cross-functional product pods, including creative, design, and engineering teams.
  • Résumé/CV written in English.
