Description

  • Lead, mentor, and grow diverse engineering teams across the Americas and EMEA.
  • Drive adoption of agentic SDLC, Spec-Driven Development, AI Software Factory practices, and modern development tools.
  • Oversee architecture, development, and deployment of platform and AI services, Quote-to-Cash, and ZoneProcure products.
  • Provide architectural guidance and hands-on technical leadership across AI/ML, agentic workflows, cloud services, and application technologies.
  • Coordinate technical vision, priorities, and delivery with engineering and product teams across EMEA and APAC.
  • Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgets, and timely, high-quality software delivery.
  • Partner with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and strategic customers to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Champion CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, technical debt remediation, and foundational architecture improvements.
  • Use engineering metrics and insights to improve velocity, quality, prioritization, and collaboration.
  • Conduct code and architecture reviews while mentoring engineers and maintaining high technical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Experience leading remote-first teams across multiple time zones and collaborating across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Proficiency with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, AI/ML pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM or agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or DSPy.
  • Experience with AWS services including Bedrock, ECS, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
  • Familiarity with agentic SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, and DevEx practices.
  • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling, and systems integration.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with geographically distributed Product teams.
  • Fintech, billing, reporting, or ERP domain experience; Oracle NetSuite experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, decision-making, and complex project management skills.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $190,000–$250,000, plus bonus and equity.
  • Fully remote, global work environment.
  • High-trust flexibility and autonomy with minimal micromanagement.
  • Fixed-term or permanent contract options outside the United States, based on country of residence.
