Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification through proposal, negotiation, closing, and account expansion.
  • Run introduction calls and deliver tailored technical product demos across the company's product suite.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and quotas.
  • Build pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting aligned with ideal customer profiles and assigned segments.
  • Prospect within a personal B2B network across media, digital, SaaS, content, enterprise marketing, publishers, brands, and agencies.
  • Convert inbound and qualified leads into pipeline and revenue in partnership with ADR and Marketing teams.
  • Work with Implementation, Customer Success, Internal Agency, and Technology teams to ensure accurate deal scoping and smooth implementation.
  • Sell to multiple stakeholders across technical and business buying groups, including engineering, IT, CTO, CMO, revenue, editorial, procurement, and product leaders.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience as a target-carrying Sales Executive or Account Executive in B2B SaaS.
  • Preferably experience in the content management system (CMS) segment or a closely related platform.
  • Proven success selling B2B SaaS to US and/or international markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate global sales cycles, buyer expectations, time zones, and procurement processes.
  • Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue quota in full-cycle sales roles.
  • Experience owning deals end to end, from outbound prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close.
  • Experience selling complex or technical SaaS solutions such as CMS, MarTech, AdTech, digital platforms, or infrastructure.
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPICED, Challenger, Sandler, or BANT.
  • Strong forecasting discipline, CRM hygiene, and pipeline coverage management.
  • Advanced expertise in sales and pricing negotiations.
  • Ability to handle objections across technical, commercial, procurement, security, and pricing topics.
  • High sense of ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
  • Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and a collaborative, proactive, resilient mindset.
