Description

  • Own the top-down quantitative view of all paid media and use MMM and incrementality testing to guide budget allocation, pipeline forecasting, and revenue planning.
  • Design a multi-layered attribution approach using MMM, lift studies, geo-holdouts, and platform-level tests to evaluate channel performance and support upper-funnel investment.
  • Partner with Data Science to translate business goals into data requirements and convert model outputs into actions for the paid media team.
  • Own Google as the primary growth channel, including intent segmentation, Performance Max versus Search tradeoffs, and Smart Bidding signal strategy.
  • Orchestrate full-funnel strategy across Google, Meta, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic channels.
  • Develop retargeting and lead-nurture programs for high-intent travelers who do not convert on first touch.
  • Lead landing page and lead-flow conversion rate optimization in partnership with Product.
  • Build and manage a structured experimentation system that logs tests, validates hypotheses, and ties results to investment decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and set analytical guardrails for a growth team of 4-6 people.
  • Partner with Creative, Content, Brand, Product, Data, and Operations to improve creative performance, lead quality, and traveler-specialist matching.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in growth or performance marketing, with meaningful experience in high-AOV, high-consideration B2C categories such as luxury, travel, real estate, financial services, or complex lead generation.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar media budgets.
  • Hands-on experience with MMM, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution for long conversion windows.
  • Experience building attribution or measurement infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Experience with offline conversion pipelines, server-side conversion APIs, or LTV-based bidding signals is a plus.
  • Experience building repeatable testing systems that connect experiments to budget and roadmap decisions.
  • Strong quantitative fluency with SQL, Tableau or equivalent BI tools, and advanced spreadsheets.
  • Experience leading and developing a senior growth team.
  • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to defend allocation decisions with model outputs.
