Description

  • Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and analysis for sports CRM campaigns across Email, Push, and SMS.
  • Partner with Creative, Product, Marketing, and Analytics to develop, optimize, and scale lifecycle and retention programs.
  • Use automation, segmentation, and personalization to improve campaign performance and customer targeting.
  • Design and execute A/B tests across channels, analyze results, and share actionable insights with the marketing team.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM calendar, including prioritizing and triaging incoming campaign requests.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Support retention messaging through template design, markup, QA, segmentation, campaign configuration, reporting, and optimization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, Email, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing.
  • High proficiency with CRM platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or Simon Data.
  • Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns across Email, Push, and SMS.
  • Experience with A/B testing and analyzing results to inform campaign decisions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to catch minor mistakes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, ownership-minded approach with interest in improving operational efficiency and scaling marketing programs.
